MMA Mayhem Miller arrestado por agredir a su hermana

El entrendor del The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 14, Jason Miller, fue arrestado el pasado 6 de agosto, por presunta agresión a su hermana, según reporta el sitio TMZ.

Bueno dado lo que está escrito en la nota, deduzco que estaba bien pedo y se le paso la mano cuando se intentaba hacer el graciosito.

Siendo un peleador profesional eso es peligroso.

The dispatch took the call and routed it to one of the cops walkin a beat down town. Mitch Keller… the boys at the station called him Grimey.. Mitch had a future once, a promising young rookie officer looking to make detective.. Until one day, he crossed the wrong people. Mitch busted up a colombian drug lord cocaine running operation from the inside out. Busted everything wide open, now once audacious and self important villains dining at the finest restaurants and enjoying the finest comforts and luxuries out in the open were forced to scurry underground and live in filth, hiding like rats.

It wasn’t long before they took their revenge, killing Mitch’s wife, his daughter, son and his golden retriever… Mitch became a hollow shell of his former self, a faded shadow of the man he used to be.. The pain was too much to bear so he turned to alcohol and drugs. His carreer was circling the drain and fast. Now here he was down town, getting propositioned by prostitutes, walking among the pimps and the drug dealers, the rotting cesspool of this corrupt underbelly of society slowly over the years corroding and eating away at his very soul.

Grimey took the call from the dispatch from his vehicle and one last huge swig to empty a 750 ml bottle of Kentucky Deluxe. The cheap bourbon stung his tongue and filled his belly with fire; Grimey winced a bit at the aftertaste. He threw the empty bottle out of the window and listened as the glass hit the pavement, shattered and cascaded over the cold concrete. He was vaguely aware of an aging whore nearby cursing him but she seemed distant, not quite real…

Grimey started the engine and headed toward the scene.. He was off, wreckless, a little too intoxicated, reflex’s were dull. A small dog came into view and he swerved to avoid the animal instinctively but was unable to make an accurate adjustment. Grimey went head on into a steel street light pole at 50mph, his face smashed into the air bag as it exploded from the steering wheel, full of alchohol and cocaine Grimey had died…

Sparkey the puppy lay in the street, motionless… Grimey wasn’t the only life taken this night. Little Jacob saw it all from his bed room window, his heart raced as he ran for the front door. He had to save Sparkey, had to get help for Sparkey.. It was too late, he’d never had a chance, Sparkey lay crushed in the street in front of his home, lifeless… His mind was racing with memories. Jacob had found Sparkey one day on his way home from school shivering in an alley taking shelter from the rain under a piece of cardboard among the many articles of trash that a neighbor had set out. That day, the two had formed a bond… Boy and animal, the best of friends..

Jacob’s father was an abusive meth addict that neglected his child and his mother had died upon the day of his birth, he was for all intents and purposes alone in this world. Beaten and left to fend for himself the little puppy was his only friend in the world.. Now, it had been taken from him.. Jacob vowed revenge against society for the hardship he now endured.. He wanted the man responsible for his best friends death… he traced the line of events back to one man.. One man who through a chain of events caused it all.. Jason Mayhem Miller… Jacob swore that one day, he would destroy Mayhem..

And that’s how it all happened. Or at least my best guess anyway, as to what transpired that fateful evening…

Nunca me cayo bien Mayhem, aun recuerdo cuando en Dream peleo contra Jacare por segunda vez y la pelea termino cuando Mayhem le dio una patada ilegal en la cabeza a Jacare que yo creo que fue bien intencionada, ademas de que le hacia gestos imprudentes y aunque estuviera herido Jacare por el golpe ilegal intentaba provocarlo, tambien recuerdo cuando se infiltro en la jaula cuando Sheilds defendio su titulo en strikeforce en plena entrevista del campeon pidiendo un nuevo combate entre los dos, en fin, entiendo que a algunos les parecera graciosa su manera de ser infantil e imprudente a veces, pero ya se puede observar que es demasiado y me dio la sensacion en mas de una vez de que debe ser una persona psicologicamente inestable, esperemos que no haya agredido a nadie, pero si lo hizo, es uno de los luchadores de los que no me sorprenderia.

Ha habido muchas detenciones a atletas en los últimos años. La Policia de Louisiana detuvo a Leon Lett con más de 175 kilos de marihuana en su camioneta. Plaxico Burress disparó en un club nocturno. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson MMA a toda velocidad por el Condado de Orange. Y ahora podemos añadir a Jason Miller a la lista ... por encajar a su hermana una Headlock prolongada. Los informes indican que Miller y su hermana estaban en una fiesta en casa en Carolina del Norte - cuando su hermana decidió que quería irse.

De acuerdo con la ley, la hermana de Jason dice que no la dejaba salir - y le hizo una llave en la cabeza (un Candado).

La hermana de Jason logró escapar y lo notificó al Sheriff del condado de Chatham - arrestando a Jason más tarde por la noche por asalto simple y detención ilegal.

Jason pagó la fianza y su libertad. Varias llamadas tanto a Jason como a su hermana no fueron respondidas.

Miller fue puesto en libertad bajo una fianza de 5.000 dólares garantizados.

Esta no es la primera carrera de Miller con la ley. En 2006, fue acusado y absuelto más tarde, de romper una puerta cerrada en el apartamento de su novia y agredir a un hombre en su interior.

Miller se encontró víctima de un asalto en abril de 2010, cuando en el campo de entrenamiento, Cesar Gracie se sintió ofendido cuando Miller entró con las botas en la jaula después de la victoria de Jake Shields sobre Dan Henderson. No se presentaron cargos, a pesar de que los directores, incluyendo Miller fueron multados con hasta 7.500 dólares y suspendidos por tres meses por la Comisión Atlética de Tennessee.

Junto con Michael Bisping, Miller aparecerá como entrenador en el Ultimate Fighter 14, donde concluyó el rodaje en julio. Los dos entrenadores lucharán en la final en vivo en el show del 3 de diciembre.

Aunque por lo que veo de los compas mas arriba, ya tenía antecedentes, a ver si Dana se pronuncia de alguna manera

Dana siempre se anda pronunciando por todo, pero si el peleador es lucrativo siempre lo apoya… y si apoyo a Sonnen después de un cargo de lavado de dinero (un crimen grave) veo factible que apoye a Mayhem tras un cargo de asalto simple (un cargo menor).

Y por cierto, no golpeo a su hermana la puso en un Headlock (que no es lo mismo que una guillotina).

Y si lo dejaron como simple, pienso que no hubo daño físico.
